Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. La Ma Marka is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events beyond our control. If your tracking information shows no updates for an extended time, please contact us at info@lamamarka.com and we’ll assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
