Shipping policy
Everything we make is made to order. No warehouse full of sad, dusty inventory — your piece gets cut and hand-stitched by humans after you hit "buy."
Production: 1–5 business days. Typically 3. Busy weeks push it to 5. Personalized and custom pieces need a little longer — we’ll tell you how much before we start, not after.
Shipping. Every order goes out with Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta Global, tracked the whole way. Your tracking number lands in your inbox the moment the parcel is on the move.
Free worldwide shipping on orders over $199. That covers the shipping. Import taxes are a separate beast — see below.
How long it takes
| Destination | Transit after dispatch | Typical total, order to doorstep |
|---|---|---|
| United States & Canada | 7–14 business days | 8–19 business days |
| Europe | 7–14 business days | 8–19 business days |
| Australia, Japan & New Zealand | 12–18 business days | 13–23 business days |
| Rest of world | 10–20 business days | 11–25 business days |
Total = production time + transit time. "Business days" means Monday to Friday, public holidays not counted — so 10 business days is roughly two calendar weeks.
These are typical times, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, the schedule is theirs, and customs can hold a package for as long as it likes. We control neither. What we do control: we chase every delayed parcel until it turns up.
Customs and import taxes — the honest version
Import rules changed a lot across 2025–2026, in most of the world at once. Here’s where things actually stand, so nothing surprises you later.
United States. The old "$800 duty-free" rule is gone — the US ended de minimis for every country on 29 August 2025, and since 24 July 2026 standard import duty applies to postal parcels too. Here’s the good part: for parcels under $2,500, that duty is now settled before your order ships. No customs invoice waiting at your door, no ransom note from the mail carrier. On leather goods the duty typically runs about 3–10% of the item price.
Canada. Anything valued over CAD 20 is assessed for GST/HST, possible duty, and a flat CAD 9.95 postal handling fee, collected on delivery.
European Union. Import VAT applies from the first euro — there’s no tax-free threshold, and hasn’t been since 2021. Since 1 July 2026, orders up to €150 also carry a flat €3 customs duty; above €150, standard duty rates apply. Depending on the route, VAT is either charged at checkout or collected by your local postal operator before delivery, usually alongside a small handling fee.
United Kingdom. VAT at 20% applies from the first pound — no threshold. Orders up to £135 are free of customs duty; above £135, duty applies on top.
Australia. GST at 10% and duty are collected at the border on consignments over AUD 1,000. Below that, orders usually clear without extra charges.
New Zealand. GST at 15% and duty are collected at the border on consignments over NZD 1,000. Below that, orders usually clear without extra charges.
Japan. Consumption tax and duty generally kick in once the assessed customs value passes ¥10,000. Smaller orders usually clear without extra charges.
Everywhere else. Your country’s rules apply. Any import taxes, duties or handling fees are set and collected by your government and its carriers — not by us, and not a cent of it reaches us.
We’re describing rules that governments rewrite without consulting us. If your customs authority tells you something different, they win. Check with them directly if an exact figure matters to your budget.
Addresses, refusals, and the occasional disaster
- Double-check your address at checkout. We ship to the address you give us, and once a parcel is in transit we can’t redirect it.
- If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed, or returned because the address was wrong, return shipping and any customs charges already paid are non-refundable — international post simply has no mechanism to refund them.
- Parcel running late? Once the estimated window has passed, message us. We’ll open a trace with the carrier and stay on it until there’s an answer.
